Complete Fitness Bootcamp
The benefits of personal training in a challenging, affordable, group setting -- plus simple nutrition tools and guidance for shedding fat. Our express bootcamp sessions employ a circuit training system, using your own body weight, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, and more; we combine muscle-building and cardiovascular exercise for huge fat-burning and general conditioning benefits. Anyone is capable of these workouts; we're experts in exercise progression and regression and can help you train at your current fitness level within the same workout.

Our bootcamps run in six-week phases. During Core Recovery Week (the "off" week) we slow things down and focus on corrective movements, core strength, and flexibility, with Vinyasa Yoga and coach instruction allowing the body to recover from the previous weeks training intensity.

Yoga at Ambitious Athletics is an athletic 60-minute Vinyasa Flow class that targets areas of the body involved in athletic development. Some days we’ll emphasize core work and shoulder opening and other days we’ll target hips and hamstrings, but we always work the entire body with a full range of postures designed to improve your strength and mobility. Be prepared to sweat! Incorporating yoga into your regular fitness routine will do wonders for your body, inside and out! Yoga counts among its many benefits: increased flexibility and strength and improved posture and balance, all of which lead to a reduction in injuries. And if fewer injuries doesn’t put you in a good mood, yoga surely will through its stress reducing effects.
