Hello from Chris's Kitchen!!!! I know it has been a long time but in my absence I have been trying many new recipes from some of the same websites and some brand new sites. All of these sites provide something for everyone from the Ambitious community with the opportunity to discover healthy meals that are easy to prepare in minimal time. I have compiled a very small sample of some of the recipes I have tried over the past several months that I absolutely love. These recipes are easy, very easy to assemble over the weekend and enjoy right away or throughout the week.
In the coming weeks I will share with you what I am eating and from the sites that I am eating from. When I search for recipes I am not just asking how this is going to fuel and repair me during the upcoming week, I am also asking myself, is this something that the AA Community will like and enjoy? Can all cooking levels of the AA Community take this recipe and fuel their week? I am stepping outside of my comfort zone to try all types of recipes. My goal is to provide you with the best options because I know how stressful it can be to not just select recipes for the week but execute those recipes while juggling the rest of your life. I am happy to do the heavy lifting for you in this arena but only when it comes to food. You have to do the other type of heavy lifting with Carmen!
For those of you who are signed up for the Ambitious Adventure Run, I look forward to bringing out some fan favorites and some new treats. It is going to be Epic! I hope everyone finds something below that they like and I look forward to seeing all of the participants in a couple of weeks.
