Get to know Ambitious All-Star, Brittnie Baker

1. Why do you workout?

I workout simply to feel good and be healthy. When I work out, I can focus on myself and let everything else go. It's a stress reliever, a means to live an active and healthy life, and to look and feel good.

2. What made you seek out and join a training program rather than just joining a traditional gym?

I crave structure when working out, and found that I was aimless when working out on my own. Carmen pushes me beyond what I think I am capable of and has crafted a program that is fun, challenging, and works! I could never accomplish the results I've seen since joining Ambitious Athletics on my own in a traditional gym.  Plus, the Ambitious fam makes working out fun.

3. What do you view as your most significant health and fitness accomplishment(s) since training at Ambitious Athletics? How did you get there?

My most significant accomplishment is converting heath and fitness into a forever-lifestyle. I don't see myself stopping now.

4. In 5 words or less, describe Ambitious Athletics to an outsider.

Push yourself to be better.

5. If you could share some words of wisdom to a new member at Ambitious, what would you tell them?

Don't be intimidated - literally no one at Ambitious is judging you. We are all there to better ourselves and get stronger, not to intimidate or judge.  Focus on yourself and you'll begin to see progress. Plus, take advantage of the awesome community that is Ambitious Athletics.
