I was intimidated when I first started to workout at Ambitious Athletics. I had never lifted weights like that before, and I was already “not in my 30’s” anymore. I didn’t think I would ever be strong enough or see any sort of progress. I was so wrong! I did get stronger, and I’ve improved in so many ways even beyond the gym. This is a 5-month “before and after” from training at Ambitious Athletics. The biggest changes were hidden in my gains in core strength. I feel lighter when doing anything physical while also feeling stronger. I actually weigh about 13 pounds less.
