My love for training stems from the activities I did with my dad at the gym, in the batting cage, on the golf course, on roofs, and everywhere in between prior to his aortic dissection. And my pride in and passion for training grew from being able to do so much with him as he worked toward recovery. The memory of my dad reminds me to treat every client the way I would treat him.
What I love most about Ambitious Athletics, though, is the social, communal aspect of it. I have met the most incredible people and made the greatest friends through the program. We encourage, support, and push each other; hold each other accountable for coming to the sessions (thanks, Yasmin, Will, and Jaclyn for the texts); and most of all, we have fun.
You are so lucky to have stumbled upon this incredible community! Soak it up! Bask in it! You are in the best hands to accomplish whatever it is you want to set as a goal for yourself.
We sought out this program in hopes of breaking that cycle and over 3 years later, we’ve managed to stay consistent. This never would have happened for us at a traditional gym.
This is a 5-month “before and after” from training at Ambitious Athletics. The biggest changes were hidden in my gains in core strength. I feel lighter when doing anything physical while also feeling stronger. I actually weigh about 13 pounds less.
