Have you tried to eat less and still haven’t lost weight?

Spending hours in the gym each day, eating like a bodybuilder, or restarting your diet every Monday is no way to live.

Nutrition plays such a vital role to our well being that if overlooked, can cause more harm than just extra body fat.

Maybe you’ve heard of metabolic adaptation, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, irritable bowl syndrome, anorexia, or hashimotos.

You may also have experienced symptoms like low energy, hair loss, brain fog, menstrual irregularities, feeling hot or cold, bloating, swollen fingers or feet, night sweats, decreased sex drive, depression, dry skin, increased acne, insomnia, or trouble losing weight or gaining muscle.

And by now you have probably realized that exercise alone won’t get you the body you want, nor will it give you the life you deserve.

Food should be fun, tasty, and empowering, not sickening, good or bad or restricted.

Nutrition is such an important topic to grasp and understand because there is so much information out there that seems to contradict itself.

So much information, so little personal application.

That’s why our founder and head coach, Carmen Sturniolo, has spent the last 13 years researching, trying, and educating himself on these applications. Since then, he’s completed both level 1 and 2 Precision Nutrition certifications as well level 1 with Jason Phillips and the Nutritional Coaching Institute as well as helped his clients fine tune their relationship with food and achieve their fat loss of muscular growth goal.

Learning basic nutrition definitions and categories like protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins and minerals can help you understand what makes up a meal when you dine out or how to create a balanced meal at home. In turn, learning how to identify these categories will help you make better food choices that will aid in a clearer mind, healthier body, and your ideal body composition.

Food is a necessity for life. Take the time to understand how to elevate and empower your relationship with it.

LET us HELP YOU

I realize that no one seeks out a nutrition coach when they feel or look great. And I understand that every person comes with a different story about how they got where they are today.

It’s something different for everyone, and with every single person comes a different level of education - that’s why you’ll never receive a blanket templated diet plan from us.

In our approach as coaches, we prioritize our focus on communication, education, and accountability, in that order.

That’s why it’s important that we take a deep dive into your story to better understand you so that we can tailor our goals to your goals.
