I was intimidated when I first started to workout at Ambitious Athletics. I had never lifted weights like that before, and I was already “not in my 30’s” anymore. I didn’t think I would ever be strong enough or see any sort of progress. I was so wrong! I did get stronger, and I’ve improved in so many ways even beyond the gym. Just try it, and you might be surprised of what you can learn about yourself!
Ambitious Athletics is full of some of the best and most supportive people you will ever meet. I bet everyone of us felt nervous or not sure if they really belong there when they first joined. I know I did, and I was already friends with Carmen. Just have fun and try to do the best you can. You will only get better.
