Small Group gives you professional coaching in a capped group environment with structured programming. Personal Training is fully individualized—ideal for those who want to learn to lift, are working around old injuries, chasing accelerated progress, or just prefer personalized attention.

Most members see the best results training 3–5 days per week, depending on goals, schedule, and recovery. We’ll recommend the right starting frequency during your Coaching Conversation and adjust as you progress.

We’ll discuss your goals, training history, schedule, and the best-fit tier and format. You’ll leave knowing exactly what to do next.

In most cases, yes. We’ll assess what’s going on, modify movements, and build a plan that respects your history while moving you forward. We also offer assessment and support through MovementX.

Our training scheduled changes based on the training phase we are in. We publish our weekly schedule through our app, and Open Gym availability is included for members at scheduled hours and access level. If you’re new, we’ll confirm the best session options during your Coaching Conversation.

Yes. Many members train for endurance events, HYROX-style competitions, team sports, and personal performance goals while training at Ambitious.
Because coaching is individualized—even in Small Group—we can scale volume, adjust intensity, and modify the week’s focus to support your event training without breaking you down. In 1:1 Personal Training, we can integrate your full training calendar and build a plan around your timeline, recovery needs, and performance priorities.
The goal is simple: keep you progressing in strength and resilience while your sport-specific training peaks—so you show up prepared, not depleted.

No. We’re strength and conditioning with a long-term performance lens—progressive programming, professional coaching, and a sustainable approach you can do year-round.

We don’t offer training drop-ins. Ambitious Athletics is a members-only training facility.

Yes. The Recovery Room is available for members and non-members by appointment. It’s a private space and can be booked online. (Room capacity and policies are outlined on the Recovery Room page.)
