  • Imani is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over a decade of experience. Her passion for helping people came at a young age. She was fortunate enough to be exposed to the world of PT early on and from day one she was hooked. Imani strongly feels that the application of movement combined with the fascinating human body is astonishing. She believes what it means to be a physical therapist goes beyond just the physical treatment. Therefore her approach to providing PT includes a one on one, multi joint, full body, evaluation and assessment; hands on treatment to address pain and dysfunction; ending with a comprehensive treatment plan with exercises and detailed education to assist with addressing your movement goals. Imani understands that her clients’ ability to move is interconnected in every aspect of their life, which is why she believes it is important to provide PT services beyond the walls and restrictions of a clinic. She has always been in awe of the human body's ability to heal and adapt. Imani is thankful to have found a career that allows her to help people get back to moving well and living their best life.

  • Dr. Zoe Pond-McPherson is a physical therapist in Washington, DC. She graduated from The George Washington University with her doctorate in physical therapy. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, she worked as an investment operations analyst, moved to the Philippines for two years for her husband's job, and competed in the CrossFit Games.

She is passionate about keeping people moving throughout their lifespan, which is what guided her towards pelvic health. She found many individuals stopped running and lifting because of incontinence and pelvic pain. She has completed many advanced pelvic health courses including female athlete coursework, return to run postpartum, male and female pelvic floor focusing on incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain.

Zoe believes that physical therapy care extends far beyond physical treatment, and enjoys helping people build sustainable habits to keep them moving throughout their lifespan. She is passionate about merging the gap between physical therapy and strength and conditioning so that people leave stronger, faster, and more confident in their abilities.

She has a special interest in treating athletes and lfiers, taking the extra time to familiarize herself with their craft to allow for more personalized care.
