We identify your starting point—movement quality, strengths, limitations, and priorities.

You begin with the right tier, the right training format, and a clear first-month focus.

You’ll leave with:

  • Your recommended membership tier

  • Small Group or 1:1 Personal Training recommendation

  • Weekly training frequency suggestion

  • Your first set of priorities (strength, conditioning, mobility, recovery)

  • The right tier (Mover vs Medical vs Medical Nutrition) and why

Outcome: a clear recommendation and next steps.

We’ll look at:

  • Movement patterns and mobility

  • Strength and conditioning baseline (appropriate to your level)

  • Pain points, injury history, and what needs support

  • The best starting emphasis to create momentum

Strength & conditioning in a supportive environment—capped at 12 people for real coaching attention.

Small Group Training

  • Mon–Fri: 6:00am, 7:15am, 4:45pm, 6:00pm

  • Sat: 9:00am, 10:00am

Open Gym

  • Mon–Fri: 8:30am–12:00pm

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. We coach all levels. Your plan starts at your current ability and progresses from there.

  • We modify intelligently and can integrate MovementX Physical Therapy support when needed.

  • Most members do best with 4–6 sessions per week. We’ll recommend what fits your goals and lifestyle.

  • Small Group is coached and capped for real attention. 1:1 is the highest level of personalization. We’ll guide the choice.

  • Mover is training + recovery + accountability. Medical adds lab-based insight + physician guidance. Medical Nutrition adds personalized nutrition coaching and guided tracking.

  • Labs + physician review + a Personal Health Plan integrated into your training, recovery, and lifestyle.
