Is this a new Ambitious membership?

Yes, Ambitious Athletics now offers 3 different memberships.

Mover - our group training membership - perfect for clients who want to be part of an all encompassing health and performance community with comprehensive strength and conditioning program, professional coaching, consistent feedback, and access to top tier recovery tools.

Mover Medical - our group training membership for clients who want to get a clearer picture of their health and guidance on how to optimize it - highlighting 23 biomarkers across cardiovascular, hormonal, and metabolic health, athletic performance markers, and neurodegenerative disease prevention.

Mover Medical Nutrition - our group training membership for clients who need professional guidance to lose fat, gain muscle, improve energy, better their cardiovascular health, and take back their overall health and performance for life.

Our Personal Training memberships mirror these 3 tiers.

What is included in Mover Medical?

Everything in Mover

+ Guidance from a licensed doctor to optimize their health and performance

+ A comprehensive bi-annual laboratory assessment.

Can I do Ambitious Medical a la carte?

At this time, Ambitious Athletics and Kuros Medical do not offer single sessions or visits.

How much does Mover Medical Cost?

Currently, Mover Medical is an additional $200 investment on top of your current every 4-week membership and requires a year long commitment.

Can I opt to use Whoop Labs or Function and still be part of Mover Medical?

Yes, if you prefer to use another source of labs that also cover what we would order, we’ll happily work with that and discount your membership for the cost of labs, but not additional fees associated with that company.

Are their different levels to Mover Medical?

Not to the Ambitious Athletics Mover Medical, however their is a full concierge option to Kuros Medical.

Can I have my annual General Physician lab results interpreted?

At this time, Ambitious Athletics and Kuros Medical do not offer single sessions or visits.

Can my insurance work with Ambitious Medical?

Kuros Medical will not bill your insurance for care visits, that is already covered by the cost of membership. Also, super bills for insurance reimbursement because it is unlikely to work for primary care.

What does Concierge Care entail?

Longitudinal, comprehensive primary care for those seeking a deeper, long-term partnership to restore and enhance their health.

In addition to a longitudinal focus on the core domains of cardiovascular, metabolic, neurodegenerative, hormonal, and digestive health, as well as emotional wellbeing, members have access to visits for acute medical concerns or other questions that arise.

There may be times where we may need to do follow-up lab testing beyond the screening labs we are offering and can bill those follow-up labs through insurance. There are also times we may need to see specialists, which would go through their insurance. You may also need imaging studies at some point (e.g., an MRI for back pain, a mammogram for breast cancer screening, etc.), which would also go through insurance. Finally, prescription medications, when needed, go through your insurance.
