What You'll Do
As our Lead Coach, you'll play a critical role in elevating the clients experience in both coaching and operations. Your responsibilities include:
Coaching & Leadership
Deliver high-quality personal and group training sessions
Tailor programs to each client’s goals, abilities, and progress
Participate in team meetings, workshops, and continuing education.
Maintain a consistent, professional standard that reflects our culture.
Client Communication & Admin
Respond to current and prospective client inquiries with clarity and professionalism
Support onboarding, check-ins, and schedule management
Track client progress and help ensure accountability across all programs
Facility & Environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning training space
Support studio systems including opening/closing duties and equipment readiness
Identify opportunities to improve workflow, client experience, or studio care
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years of coaching experience in personal and/or group settings.
National certification (NSCA, NASM, ACSM, ACE, etc.).
Strong communication, coaching presence, and leadership skills.
A deep understanding of functional movement and training progressions.
Current CPR/AED certification.
Bonus: Experience with performance, sport, or rehab-based coaching.
